Shipping.

We send all items Receipted Post. Some items are sent Express Post if the items fit in the Jumbo 3KG bags at our discretion.  Shipping within Australia is $12.00 for the first item, then $3.00 for each extra item after that. 6 items or more is free delivery. If you wish to have the items sent Express Post, please contact us during our business hours on 1300 663 861 as additional charges may apply. Re-delivery costs apply for exchanges is $12.00, plus $3.00 for each extra item after that.

Clearance items are posted within a few days. Fetishwear (Latex/PVC etc...) wil be delivered in mid January due to our supplier being closed for Christmas/NY)

*NOTE: Orders are sent out within these times, you may not always receive them within these time frames. Smaller items such as t-shirts, sandals, ankle boots etc.. may arrive quicker as we often send these Express Post. It just depends on when the order is placed.

Overseas orders are $40.00 for the first item then $10 - $20 extra for each item after that. All items are now sent with Australia Post Express Mail (EMS). Tabu4u Pty Ltd will not be responsible for duties and/or taxes payable in destination countries. If the item is returned to us we will not issue a refund as we will be charged extra costs. You are responsible for any payable charges applicable in your country. For smaller items, you will be credited any extra charges in delivery costs (some clothing items cost less to send out)

**We will send orders anywhere in the world except selected African countries such as Nigeria, Ghana etc...**

Clothing orders that go to overseas countries are charged our normal rate, however if the order is small, we will credit you the difference in costs. Eg: If you ordered a pair of gloves or stockings only, or a multiple of small items, we will credit you the difference in delivery costs within 3 working days of the order being placed.

International Delivery Times - 14 - 21 Days

We order footwear stock as we need it every Thursday/Friday nights at 9pm and it takes about 4 days for us to get them. If you need something urgently contact us by phone or email as we can often get items in quicker.

Pick Up: The "Pick Up from Tabu4u Office" option is now available for South Australian residents only (and/or visitors to the state). We will advise you of when your order is ready for pick and contact you to organise a time for pick up. We are located in Munno Para West. This is a private residence therefore we will not print our location.

All clothing orders within Australia are sent Express Post, depending on size of the order. Expensive items such as catsuits, leather coats & dresses are sent registered post. Clothing can often take a bit longer to get in unless we have stock. We carry gloves and PVC Jeans on hand.

**Clothing may take about a week longer. This is beyond our control.
